My fresh cream, finely ground hazelnut & espresso coffee ganache encased in our 77% cacao dark chocolate. These sell out early at the markets most weekends, perhaps its the caffeine :)

Non Organic Australian Glucose.
Gluten Free.
The chocolates are exceptional and of a high quality.
I will be definitely be ordering again and trying some of the new chocolates i didnt think would be very nice, only because some of the sample she gave us (along with oir order) were amazing and were combinations i thought woildnt work, so hence ill try more ‘out of the box’ chocolate combinations she has to offer.
Amy has great customer service and she respones so quickly with solutions. Keep up the great work Amy and im more than happy to support my local chocolatiers.
