Each fall into one—or, on occasion, two—of my unique production techniques: infused, paired and caramelised. Brownies are baked each morning & hand delivered within Brisbane. Enjoy a few naughty samples with each order too no matter how large or small. All customers treated equally, all products made fresh to order.

    I love it here. For a beautiful morning out, come to the Northey Street markets. View and sample our organic range, specialising in ultra dark chocolate made on Peru, PNG and Solomon island Cacao. For the early birds - enjoy very good coffee served by mate Jon Laker next door :)
