Hi! I'm Amy — chocolate maker, equestrian and golfer.
You're probably only here for the chocolate.
I've spent my past 18 years in Australia's chocolate industry. Helping develop new chocolate brands, products, building factories, training chocolatiers and designing chocolate retail fitouts.
My dream was to open a large chocolate panning facility in Brisbane. In March 2020 I opened a purpose-built facility to chocolate coat fruit, nuts & berries to supply Australia and South-East Asia.
Along with manufacturing chocolate coated products & our signature brownies. I employ an A-Team of resident chocolatiers in Australia and overseas professionals providing industry leading products for other chocolate brands.
