Our classes are back from May 2021. We cater for adults and kids' parties.
I'll show you how to temper perfectly in minutes, design a chocolate bar and beautifully gift wrap it. You'll enjoy complimentary tastings of my 2021 range, be able to ask anything about baking or chocolate - I love hearing about your baking, and sharing our tips, more about quality ingredients, and the love of luxurious food!
Classes are $48pp and include 700g (enough for 10 people to nibble on!) of your very own perfectly tempered chocolate slab.
