Our classes are back from January 8th-24th. I'll show you how to temper perfectly in minutes, design your bar and beautifully gift wrap whilst you enjoy complimentary tastings of my 2021 range. Q&A's about anything baking or chocolate related - ask me for tips, ingredients and share stories about business and the food industry.
