37% cacao white chocolate is infused with Amy's natural bowen mango flavour. (Seasonal Nov-feb)

When making this I have fond memories of the 3 mango trees on the left hand side of the 9th hole at Noosa Tewantin golf club. Always preferred them green off the tree compared to the supermarket fruit.

Sourced from Brisbanes farmers markets - green mangos reduced with a little lemon peel - infused in my Ice cream like 37% cacao white chocolate.

    Mango and Chocolate together - This has to be the best combination of awesomeness ever! This chocolate actually tastes like you are eating real mangos in chocolate (because you are!) it has such a smooth beautiful taste - you should buy more than one...
